"Well where to start. Angela the host was amazing so helpful and friendly. "This Villa is much larger than the photos convey. The property itself was great value for money, however the owner really needs to invest a little money in places. Some of the tiles in the pool came loose. The sun loungers, parasols & cushions are all very old & weather worn & really need updating but that is all that let it down but for the price we paid for 11 of us we cant really complain. "Although the villa is quite remote, it’s a great place for a group of friends or group of families to stay at Great pool, and other relaxing facilites, easy to cook in small groups or as one bigger group The host (Rafael) could not have been more helpful, getting us booking at restaurants, or cooking a large Paella for us on site, or helping us with other questions and requests I would certainly recommend it to other friends"

"When you pull into the driveway you feel like you have truly arrived in Spain. A truly Spanish Villa. 5 bedrooms all with their own ensuite. Lots of places to sit and enjoy the sun or shade. Stunning scenery. Hear the sheep being led down the hill with their bells. Sit on your balcony and enjoy your sunrise. Sit by the pool and stargaze after dark. "Our stay was excellent. stunning views from monte clara. Across the mountains you can see Compares. A village on top of a mountain in the distance. At sunset the village all lit up with the sunset. "It’s been really great stay, me and my family stayed there for 1 week and really enjoyed, I never wanted to leave the house to go and visit city, it was really cosy place, I actually like to relax on my holidays, no A/C but they provide you with fan which does the job… gas stove needs deep clean and it’s burner does not fires up properly and at some points I was scared to even turn them on…pool is kept clean… the only thing I really don’t understand or agree is that they charge you €90 for...

"Amazing villa in a stunning location. Everything as advertised and such an amazing place to stay. Would 100% recommend to family and friends. The local neighbour Bev was such a help too recommending loads of places to go which just made everything so much better. The owners are quick to reply to messages and can’t be any more helpful. When we asked how to clean the pool (heavy use with lots of sun cream will make any pool ‘dirty’) a pool cleaner arrived the next day. Just brilliant all round....

"Apartment is in pristine condition and excellent parking facility. 200mtrs from town centre with shops/bars/ restaurants virtually on the doorstep. Ideal location for a stay for a few days or longer. Will be staying here again next time we’re in Antequera."

"Beautiful expansive property the grounds surrounding the main traditional "Spanish Villa-style hotel building are as fabulous and beautifully maintained as the building itself. We had drinks and tapas in the bar, and a delicious dinner in the restaurant that was open all day so as we were travel weary it was nice not to have to wait until 8/9-ish to eat dinner. Large choice of wines as well. Everything is clean and comfortable: Bedrooms & ensuite bathrooms are also traditional style ours looked out onto the walled lawns again lawn & shrubs trees well-kept and in the room everything works! Nice hot showers & baths meticulously clean! Plenty of parking - we had a rental car. we didn' get a chance to try the modern gym/pool facility though. We're coming back!"
