"This was a very nice, clean, and convenient place to stay on our way to Great Sand Dunes NP. Great price, responsive communication. Very close to Walsenberg which has a Safeway and good restaurants. Highly recommended "

"Beautiful and cozy new-build guest house with a hot tub! We thoroughly enjoy this modern guest house featuring modern upgrades such as heated floors and an easily accessible hot tub. The kitchen was fantastic, stocked with all the necessary kitchen necessities you would need to cook a meal. The hosts were friendly, attentive, and cordial. The only item missing was access to a washer/dryer unit. However, this would not deter us from booking this unit again. "
