"What a beautiful property with an amazing staff! The hospitality is the best we have ever had on our travels throughout Italy. The stay on the property revolves around the dining experience, which is traditional Sicilian cuisine. There are multiple pools that would be amazing to lounge by in the summer months. "Never felt the need to write a bad review before. Not getting sleep for nights because of 3 constant barking farm dogs literally next to the apartment made us. The renting neighbors had the same problem. Earplugs weren't enough. After several sleepless nights we reached out to the property manager. His answer on our message was: You're not in the city center you're at a farm!!! I spare you the details of the later on rude communication from his side. His solution was to place the dogs...

"Fantastic apartment! Very comfortable and you can’t beat the location. Comfortable bed, but you have to go up stairs to the bedroom and the bathroom is on the main floor. That is the only negative. Office for the building is around the corner and they arranged a taxi for me to the airport. The ladies in the office are very helpful. "Check in was a nightmare. Family was supposed to meet host at airport with a cot - but he was no where to be found. Directions to villa were very scattered but finally arrived met by housekeeper and shown around the villa. It was old and in need of some updating but very comfortable for our party of 10. Beds and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Pool was lovely although it was still warm enough to swim in the sea. All in all a wonderful holiday."
