"After a long Camino walk it was nice to rest in my hotel room that had a view of the water and castle walls. The check in was lengthy and I did not feel treated like the other guests as I had just come off the trail. Service in bar was great. "

"Great staff and good location between train station and old town. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. Only negative was the bathroom door was frosted glass and semi transparent, so there was limited privacy. "

"We were in Vigo for three nights on our way from Paris to Lisbon. This has been the best hotel we’ve stayed in. The room was spacious, with built ins and shelves easily accommodating toiletries and clothes. the Queen bed really comfortable and two pillows of different styles - very comfy. The first morning we were late to breakfast - but the supervisor made sure that the full selection was available - fresh orange juice (you see them being squeezed) reasonable coffee, fresh fruit, cereal, meats...

"Overall 5 stars but I do want to give a few pointers… if you get there after dark know that the parking will be before you reach the actual hotel building. It’s dark so it will be a little challenging for you to recognize. Once you find the parking it will be super easy. Make sure you get the gate code, room number, and all the check in instructions after you book the reservation because this hotel is self contained which means there will not be a person checking you in. "The hotel was decent but the reception wasn’t open 24 hours so if you’re arriving late (around 11pm or so), you’ll always have to knock and wake up whoever is in there. There was one night that I almost didn’t get into the hotel because no one was at the reception and the main door was locked. Luckily, a woman who was also staying there arrived and called his boyfriend and unlocked the door for us from the inside. There was also a small spark or kind of a little explosion in one of the sockets in my room. I went to the receptionist but no one was there and waited for more than 30 minutes. A guest who happened to be an electrician helped me out. I decided to transfer hotels after 4 nights of stay. "

The whole hotel seems brand new. Very clean. Bedroom and bathroom is very small but enough for a short stay. Bed is very comfortable and breakfast has everything you need for a good start of your day! I would recommend this place and would stay there again for sure! "
