"Great location, great design, welcoming helpful staff. Check in was swift and informative. Room was cosy but spacious and tastefully finished. Our room was on the back which was very quiet with no noise pollution in the room. Transport of all kinds is outside the front door. Restaurants and grocery stores all around. Walkable to everywhere. Really enjoyed our stay here, would definitely recommend. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items. Vegan items for me. My vegetarian husband enjoyed the pastries, cheeses and eggs in particular. "

"I really enjoyed that this was a short walk to the metro station to get us to downtown Budapest. The buffet was the best buffet I've had during this trip through many countries, and had a wide variety of options. The staff was very gracious. The room was comfortable, and I would definitely stay there again. One thing to keep in mind is the temperature gauge is either set to heat or cool based on the time of year so we wound up switching the heat off and opening up the window just to get the room a little colder because we didn't know that and we had the cold set to high but it was actually the heat set to high. "

"This was our 10th visit to the hotel over the last 15 years and it really does seem to maintain or even improve its standards every time we visit. They really do get the concept of maintenance and everything seems so well run from a staff point of view. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and courteous and breakfast is excellent. The thermal pools are lovely and the steam/sauna facilities are particularly pleasant. Best of all, you're away from it all on beautiful Margitsziget, while at the same time easily connected to both Buda and Pest with the frequent No. 26 buses that pass by several times every hour. Simply put, this is a winner in every respect. "
