"A warm welcoming, very nicely located place with delicious breakfast. I will have to come back in the summer time. The apartment had all the facilities you need and sauna. Very nice. The breakfast is really touching as beside the standard continental stuff there is something different, a local thing every morning. Very nice. We enjoyed the place very much, although the indoor pool is small, but for what it is, not bad at all. Recommended."

"Overall a disappointing experience. The spa was very nice, but the restaurant dinner buffet had lukewarm food for a relatively expensive price in Hungary. The breakfast buffet was also lukewarm. After breakfast and before checkout time we returned to our room to find our keycards didn't work anymore. Eventually they reactivated them so we could get back in our room to collect our stuff. At checkout the staff were adamant I hadn't paid via Hotels.com even though I thought I had, and they swiftly prepared my invoice and gave me the payment terminal. While I was paying I was checking my Hotels.com emails and bank account, and only after the payment had gone through I found that I had indeed already paid via Hotels.com. The staff were fortunately able to reverse the transaction, but offered no apology for the mistake. We wouldn't stay here again."

"This is a poorly managed hotel. In the room there are no glasses (drinking), no phones, one of the two elevators did not work for a week (~15 min to get to your room), breakfast is OK, the staff does not care. Two years ago this was a good hotel"

"Everything was perfect. The hotel is lovely. The staff is very friendly and patient with non-english speakers. The breakfast was delicious. The room was immaculate and the air conditioning a welcome luxury. "

"The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. The house is amazing and perfect for relaxation due to all the amenities. It is about 25 minute drive to Budapest but very close maybe 5 minutes to grocery stores and shopping. Betty was an amazing host and I want to say thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable. -Andreea-"
