"Our room had a musty smell and they didn’t offer much as compensation. We liked the service and the beach. The staff at the beach worked super hard. Kirk at the main door was helpful with taxi’s etc. very friendly and worked hard. Prices for food were typical for a resort… pricey. The service overall was excellent. Everyone at the hotel worked very hard and efficiently. Maintenance and house keeping were quick and helpful. "

"The hotel has no beach but makes up for it by offering snorkeling access with stunning fish on a reef, free kayaks & paddle boards, delicious food, phenomenal staff, huge super hot hot-tub and large pool! This was our best vacation yet (and we travel a lot!) "

"Everyone, the front desk, housekeeping, waitresses and waiters were friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless. There were towels and chairs available every day by the pool. The breakfast was good. It was always being replenished. It was convenient to have free parking. miss Piper‘s restaurant was delicious."

"The staff were so amazing! Everyone was fun to talk to and just super nice! Was clean everywhere but two things would be helpful. One would be the roosters be removed , although pretty and nice they were alarm clocks for when you didn’t want to be up yet. The 2nd would be the spa was so noisy you couldn’t enjoy the jets. The concierge was super with helping you get your trip planned for all your excursions, and front desk staff were awesome too! "

"Beautiful property! Was hoping to shore dive but due to high surf they take the dock out in winter months. Glad we had a car as it’s pretty secluded compared to 7 mile beach. But nice and quite more our vacation speed. Diner and lunch at the restaurant were delicious and the staff was very friendly."

"Combined stay-in and dive experience was extremely convenient. Apartment was clean and well maintained along with pool patio. It is a rather quiet conveniently accessible from the airport east end of the island, which definitely offers a restful atmosphere in contrast to the George Town area. Staff was very professional and pleasant to interact with. Dive sites offered new elements of surprise with each one visited. It would be nice for the sandy beach in front of resort to be a bit more clear...
