"I liked how convenient it was to walk to Lake Tahoe and getting around Stateline. What I really didn't like was the fact you couldn't get any bottled water or ice after the coffee shop closed at 5pm. I had to go to the CVS after we decided to get some water late. We believe the receptionist was not a customer oriented person. I forgot my phone charger and she wanted to charge me $15.00 to send it to me As courtesy they should absorb that cost for their repeating customers.

Heating radiator system confusing. Could use simple repairs like removing peeling border wallpaper, patching cracked plaster ceilings and updating the elevator appearance. But all worked and bed was comfortable.
