"The location and beach access is phenomenal! We sat in the lounge chairs on the beach and enjoyed the view of the lake and mountains. It’s spectacular. The property is aging, and for sale. I’m glad we got to enjoy it while it still exists. The staff is so helpful and friendly."

We believe the receptionist was not a customer oriented person. I forgot my phone charger and she wanted to charge me $15.00 to send it to me As courtesy they should absorb that cost for their repeating customers.

Heating radiator system confusing. Could use simple repairs like removing peeling border wallpaper, patching cracked plaster ceilings and updating the elevator appearance. But all worked and bed was comfortable.
