"This is the cleanest hostel I have ever been in. They are cleaning night and day. The 24-hour reception is a real plus and will take packages for you and accommodate most requests. The adjacent Brazilian restaurant is great for when you need a hot meal without going out in the cold. Unfortunately they don't have a coffee machine, but there is a cafe whose hours in the off-season are erratic. Super polite and helpful staff always. The bus and subway are 30 metres away. "A fantastic weekend stay in buzzing Canary Wharf, in a brand new aparthotel. We loved the facilities including communal, funky lounges and a terrace, with complimentary tea, coffee and ‘honesty’ groceries, ranging from ice-cream, gyozas, plant milks and pasta! I asked if they stocked salt and pepper and the manager on duty kindly gifted me a full, new tub of Cornish sea salt and new black pepper mill, both very gratefully received. "This was a last minute booking and it was absolutely amazing. The room looked just like the photos, so beautiful. Hotel is secure and really clean. The 2 ladies at the reception were so warm and friendly. Giving a 4 star rating because there wasn’t any luggage trolley and I had to get all my suitcases to my room by myself. Also check out time is 10 am, which is quite early. They also didn’t send me anything for my birthday."

Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal 2 and 3

"The location of this hotel is hard to beat for easy access to Terminal 3. Rooms are very comfortable. The rooftop bar is nice. We didn’t eat in the restaurant this time but have had a decent meal there in the past. Disappointed with the range of light snacks available in the lobby for those who don’t want a full meal. There were a few sandwiches there when we checked in but all had disappeared when I went back down after depositing cases, and repeated promises that they would be refreshed never resulted in anything arriving. We made do with a bag of peanuts. "

"This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed here and I think it’s a great find in central London. Staff are always super friendly, rooms are consistent in their comfort and amenities. Location is spot on. Clearly they work hard to provide a great experience for the price. Genuinely impressed! "

Radisson Blu Hotel, London South Kensington (formerly Vanderbilt)

"The location is amazing. Very close to the underground station. There are stairs to access the building (approx 8-12?) so if you have mobility issues it might cuz a problem. The hotel is a maze and the elevator is very small. The rooms are also quite small as well. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful and definitely worth adding to your stay. If you don't mind the small inconveniences (small rooms and stairs) it is a great hotel in a very safe and great location. I would stay here again if I was returning to London. The gym was also very nice. It does have a very small fridge if you are looking for a fridge. "

Great location.

"Friendly staff, clean rooms and other public areas. We used the swimming pool and sauna with no issues. My only negative would be the lack of sinage for the stairs from the upper floors (rooms). Lifts seem to take forever and locating the stairs wasnt as easy as it should be."
