THE CONDO IS LOCATED IN THE HEART OF FAIRFIELD GLADE, RIGHT BY THE MAIN 4-WAY INTERSECTION AND ONLY MINUTES FROM GOLFING, BOATING, SWIMMING AND FITNESS CENTER! Less than a mile from Community Center and all other amenities.

2 Bedroom, 1.5 baths; Townhome in Fairfield Glade, TN.
*Great unit! Has hardwood floors -upstairs and downstairs!*
Townhome/see photos, bedrooms on 2nd floor- 12-14 steps inside to second floor.
The heart of Fairfield Glade Resort, it is within walking distance of the Community Center and the Tennis/Raquet Center.
Downstairs: Living Room and Dining Room/Kitchen; half bath; stack-able washer/dryer; walk out private patio with table and chairs-nice outdoor area with courtyard view!
Upstairs: #1 Bedroom with King size bed, # 2 Bedroom with Queen Size Bed & Daybed (2 twin beds); Full size bathroom; deck out of Bedroom 2
One TV in living room; 50 inch; Comcast 140 channels and high speed internet-Wifi; password provided
-Outdoor propane grill on the patio with a cover
-Regular coffee pot in the kitchen

-ALL bedrooms are upstairs

If you secure a booking then we can request a guest pass, but we need full names of each person who might need one. the guest pass *does not pay* for amenities like golfing or a golf cart rental, or swimming. It allows you access as a guest and you have to pay for your activities at The Glade, etc.

Lovely Stay
The condo was wonderfully decorated and well equipped. Great location for taking in all that the Glade has to offer. We found ourselves at home very quickly and greatly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely look for availability here the next time we visit the Fairfield Glade area.

Loved the Maxwell condo
This is a great condo. It was beautifully decorated, clean and provided comfortable seating and bedding. Would definitely recommend the Maxwell condo if you plan to stay in the Crossville area.

Stayed here while visiting family in crossville. Condo was very nice and clean, area was quiet. I needed to add an extra day last minute and I got ahold of the host and they accommodated my request. Would stay here again.
