"No email/text or phone call to communicate the stay was cancelled. Messages on the app that i didnt know i needed.Travelled almost 2 hours in poor weather conditions with a toddler, to phone the place and the ‘office be closed’. Phoned help line which is in india who just kept telling me to wait 1 hour. 3 times!!! "
