"Comfortable place to stay. Lots of little things that made it special (snacks, bottled water, etc). Had one issue that I notified them about and they were out the next day to fix it. "We enjoyed this stay. It's tucked away in a relatively quiet neighborhood, which means you have a 20-30 minute drive to Birmingham proper. There are a few odds/ends about the place that definitely need attention: the master bathroom shower is not sloped properly, so water pools in the corner away from the drain after every use, which isn't super sanitary. They've replaced some of the floors on top of other floors, so you're liable to stub your toe here or there. I'm being a bit nitpicky, but...
