"Stayed for one night, on arrival was instantly upgraded to a deluxe double, which was a really nice touch and started our anniversary off perfectly! Really warm welcome as well which is always appreciated. The room was really spacious and extremely clean, we were instantly happy with the room and exceeded our expectations, big bathroom including a shower and a bath, and all the amenities you’d need in the room. Had dinner booked in the bistro restaurant after reading the great reviews on numerous sites, did not disappoint we had the beef with veg which was beautiful, Cocktails were great also. The next morning we decided to have breakfast as we enjoyed the dinner, and once again breakfast was delightful, really enjoyed it! Checkout was easy and efficient and was also allowed to leave our bags with reception while we enjoyed another 2 hours in Stratford. Would really recommend staying here, and we will definitely will be back! "

"Imagine the pleasure of receiving a free upgrade, and then multiply it by ten! I’d been here before so I knew the gardens were exquisite, the hotel is quiet, being set back from the road, and the breakfast is superb. Last year, when I came, I had a double room, so knew what I was booking. So let me tell you about the upgrade! Not only was the room much larger, but it had a four poster bed, a massive bathroom with dual sinks and a window view out to the gardens! Perfect! Add to that there’s access to the spa, and I’d say it’s a total bargain. So much so, I had a little afternoon tea treat. This is now my go-to hotel for future stays around Stratford-Upon-Avon Town is about five minutes away by car, and car parking there is great and reasonably priced."
