"This friendly little hotel is one floor of an apartment building. Easy to miss, no big sign out front but go by the address number and find the hotel name on the buzzer.Easy walk to trains and all the shops, restaurants and historic sites. Basic double room with twin beds and clean private bathroom. Continental breakfast has many choices including fresh pastries, yogurt ham and cheese. We had a nice little balcony with a view over city to hills. Affordable, simple B&B run by nice people. "

"Das appartement ist super zentral gelegen, nahe zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten - das ist der große Pluspunkt. Es war sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Es mangelt etwas an geschirr, wenn man zu viert da wäre, für mich als Einzelperson hat es gereicht. Die matratzen sind etwas durchgelegen, damit konnte ich aber auch gut leben. ABER: Der check-in war leider sehr ärgerlich. Wegen eines bahnstreiks kam ich erst 22 in Arezzo an, was nach nettem Kontakt aber kein Problem wäre. Es gab Instruktionen für...

"Beautiful place, extremely clean, fantastic breakfast. Had trouble getting a taxi the hotel owner provided a free ride for us to go to town, nearby market and restaurant. We were extremely happy with everything. Also a nice walking trail by a beautiful lake"

"Cecilia was an amazing and attentive host. She was able to make breakfast for us very early in the morning so that we could start our day early and we really enjoyed our vacation here. "We stayed in this beautiful villa for days- it was peaceful and perfect for a group. We were on iur 30th wedding anniversary trip which included a few weeks in Italy. This villa worked for our large group of family and friends. Nicola was informative and kept in contact with us making sure our stay was good. We took advantage of Lorenzo and his wine tour and dinner services- it was an amazing experience."

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns sehr gute Empfehlungen von sehenswerten in der Nähe geschickt, welche perfekt auf uns gepasst haben. "The Hotel Minerva is one of my favorite places we stayed while touring Italy. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and enormous compared to most of the cities we visited, and it was only a 5ish minute cab ride to the train station. Close enough to the historical center that you can get to the churches and Medici fortress within 30-45 minutes at a leisurely pace. The included breakfast had many options, and I would recommend heading downstairs to the restaurant for at least one of your meals while in Arezzo though you may want to set a reservation during peak travel season since it seems many locals also enjoy the restaurant. Will definitely stay there again if we travel back to Arezzo in the future."

Just great one night

"Room was cozy, easy access, free parking and very friendly staff. Breakfast was plentiful and coffee was good. We had late night arrival and leafy early. Only thing in negative side was the fetter pillows. First time ever in my hotel night, me being allergic, wish I did have a choice. "

Beautiful property

"We stayed in this beautiful villa for days- it was peaceful and perfect for a group. We were on iur 30th wedding anniversary trip which included a few weeks in Italy.
