Views on all sides, quiet and so comfortable. Theresa is a great host... It took us no time to feel right at home. Be sure to visit The Stand for a tasty meal and entertainment. This is a five star property and we'll return as soon as we get the chance. "

"It is a delightful cottage on a stud farm. Very peaceful. Access to small town nearby for shopping. We visited the Dingle Peninsula and other places on the west coast though they were quite far away. Thoroughly recommend it for the peace and quiet and beautiful srroundings"

"We had 8 adults to celebrate 2 birthdays in Ireland! The house & surroundings were impeccable. We were able to let ourselves in very easily. Peter checked in to see if there was anything we needed. He also checked in days before to offer any last minute items. A wonderful host, in deed! The beds were comfy, plenty of hot water, nice towels & the list goes on. Six people flew into Dublin from Alaska & were driven to this home. A wonderful quiet way to start off our trip. Many close by activities...

"We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for our family to be able to cook together, play games, and explore the grounds. The kitchen is well stocked and has an amazing formal dining room for meals. The grounds are beautiful to walk and the view from the home of the Shannon River are lovely. WiFi was strong and supported streaming and Zoom calls. The host was lovely and extremely responsive. "

"Excellent property restored modernized on Beagh Castle. On site proprietors available for assistance if needed. Very cozy, fantastic views of Shannon Estuary and castle grounds. Pier and gathering areas available. On-site cafe for light snacks, coffee and drinks. Very pleased with the quiet, private location. Active farming area. Close to many restaurants and pubs in Limerick.. Top of the Town Restaurant and Pub nearby in Askeaton. Overall, highly recommended for a unique stay."

Check ed in with us to make sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The property is also located in a place that is within a reasonable driving distance and just minutes from the. "Modernist and comfortable self catering cottages with the best, friendliest hosts I’ve ever met. We stayed 3 nights and it was a lovely experience. The kitchen had full sized appliances that made cooking fun. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for setting out to explore Limerick City, county attractions, and local gems. There is a coffee shop attached that brings locals and visitors together. It’s a piece of heaven."
