"I spent 3 night at the hotel / Colon. The hotel is situated on the edge of the Colon duty free zone so ideal for shopping. It is situated about a mile from the town centre and water front shops and restaurants / cafes. I would recommend a taxi or Uber $3. The hotel is in good condition. "Care about the aesthetics of where you're staying? This is a beautiful indoor/outdoor pavilion with interesting art and a fabulous outdoor space. There are lots of spaces for four adults to be together or by themselves, and our family loved the house. The location is an easy drive from the airport and is very convenient to bird-watching on Pipeline Road or the launch for many of the canal tours. Logistics for the trip were made so much easier with all the information provided by our hosts....

"Property was about 5 miles from the city but transportation was available. Rooms were nice but the AC was marginal during the day. Pools were great as was the bar service at the pool and the lounge. staff was helpful regarding any issue or concern. The breakfast buffet was very good and dining options for lunch and dinner on property were very good but pricey."

"Beautiful hotel! Great staff & excellent service. Soundproof rooms so no noise disturbance. The hotel also offers the best breakfast service I have ever seen with different stations catering to all tastes. The location is in a busy area which can be convenient for shopping. "
