We later found out they were trying to cater for a coach full of people, who were also taking lots of food for their journey. Terrible, disgusting very unpleasant. We have stayed at your hotels before with no problems. "

"The property was very convenient for getting around to bars and restaurants and the room was comfortable and quiet. The staff was very attentive and always ready to help.
