"Mieliśmy bardzo udany listopadowy pobyt w cichym, czystym i cieplym miejscu , pośród toskańskiej przyrody,, z dala od miejskiego hałasu który mamy na codzień mieszkając w dużym mieście. Jedyne czego się obawialiśmy tylko że będzie trudno znaleźć domek, jako że przejeżdżaliśmy późno wieczorem ale mapy prowadziły doskonale a sama posiadłość była oświetlona i nie było w związku z tym żadnych problemów z trafieniem tam"

"Our group of 8 lovers of food and wine thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable and spacious villa, isolated on a hilltop amongst the sheep and with 360 degree views of the Tuscan countryside and the charming small village of Radicondoli. Perfect for visiting many fascinating villages, towns, and cities of Tuscany, preparing meals of pasta and truffles with local wines, sampling freshly-pressed olive oil from nearby producers, and tasting at generations-old wineries. The one glitch we had was a request for payment of a check-out cleaning fee that was noted nowhere in the contract, but VRBO stood behind our agreement and our gracious host relented. We would happily return, and perhaps with less rainy weather, even enjoy the beautiful pool that would be quite a bonus in warmer times! "

"The property is gorgeous. We had plans to visit other places nearby but ended up spending more of our time within the property itself because we enjoyed it so much. "

"Everything was great. The pool was warm. Views are fantastic stretching out to the sea. The town has a good supermarket. Only went to one restaurant, Dell'Upo, but it was good so went back most nights. The hosts were helpful and informative. Planning a return."

"Nice location in the woods"

"We had a lovely stay and the hosts were warm, accommodating and responsive. The location is incredible -- extensive views from both sides of the property; the hilltop village setting is out of a postcard with lovely little streets and nooks to explore; and the local shops, market days, restaurants provide everything needed locally. The property is adequate, a little rustic, but well suited to time outdoors by the lovely pool and as a springboard for day trips throughout amazing Tuscany. Unfortunately the listing was very specific about there being 3 bedrooms, which there simply were not. With young adult / teenage children, this had been a very key deciding factor, so was a significant disappointment as it meant some difficult negotiations and stresses throughout."

"We loved our stay in the villa. The location felt rural enough but was also only a 10 minute walk into town (it’s a bit steep though) where there were some great bars, restaurants and a little shop. The pool has a great view and there is plenty of land (including an onsite vineyard). We had some challenges finding the villa by car due to some roadworks and the person who met us did not speak any English (we don’t speak any Italian), however a call to the property managing agent sorted this out. Would recommend!"

"The setting in the Tuscan countryside was amazing. A very charming historic Farmhouse. The hosts were so kind and charming. The pool was beautiful and refreshing. The kitchen was very useful for home cooking. Despite high heat outside, we could close the shutters and windows and keep the house cool until the evening. The night air in the country was so cool to sleep in. A very authentic rural place. We were able to drive to busy sites around Tuscany and then come home to a peaceful and quiet country house. The house was wonderful and the hosts were especially good to us. I very highly recommend it."
