Located just 90 minutes from Melbourne, Beau Vue Estate is ideally situated between Ballarat and Daylesford (15 minutes to Ballarat, 20 minutes to Daylesford). This stunning 2-acre property is perfect for family gatherings, group getaways, and outdoor enthusiasts, including mountain bikers, hikers, and golfers.

In the summer months (November-March), unwind at the heated pool with resort-style amenities, including shade, power, and Wi-Fi for a complete summer escape. The estate is conveniently close to Creswick's shops and cafes—just a short walk or 2-minute drive to the IGA and the charming town center. Please note the pool is not heated April - November.

For mountain bikers, the Trail Head at Hammon Park is just 2km away, with secure bike storage available in the estate's garage. Hikers can explore Creswick's renowned walking trails, accessible by foot or a quick drive. Golfers will appreciate the proximity to the racv Goldfields 18-hole golf course, also within walking distance or a short drive.

Beau Vue comfortably accommodates 8 guests across four bedrooms. The master suite features a Tempur king bed and ensuite, while the second master offers a queen bed with a TV (including Foxtel). The remaining two bedrooms each have queen beds.

With four split-system units, the home ensures year-round comfort. Cozy up by the woodfire heater in the main lounge during winter, which provides warmth throughout the house.

The expansive patio, enclosed with Ziptrack blinds, is independently heated and cooled for comfort in any season. It includes a fully equipped bar, dual built-in BBQs, a large smart TV, outdoor dining for 8, and a spacious lounge area with beautiful views of the property.

Explore the estate’s award-winning gardens or relax in one of several secluded meditation spots with tranquil water features. The home doubles as an art gallery, showcasing original paintings, including works by renowned Australian Indigenous artists.

Committed to sustainability, Beau Vue features a 17 kW solar farm powering two Tesla batteries, ensuring uninterrupted power with a zero carbon footprint. The home is north-facing, with double-glazed windows and superior insulation. The gardens are irrigated by rainwater tanks and a computer-controlled system, while the pond is sustained by a natural wetland filter cascading through the property.
