The home is fully equipped. We offer 1 bedroom that sleeps four guest easily, with a Queen size bed.....and Full size trundle, Room also has a bluetooth radio/ record player, 43" Smart TV, 4 Drawer dresser. With an A frame ceiling (FYI: the stairs to bedroom are slightly steep & narrow).

One Bathroom with a SHOWER, washer / dryer, kitchen. Dinning table sits 4. Outside picnic table with propane (provided) BBQ grill, propane(provided) Fire pit.Hot tub
***(Wood burning fire pits NOT permitted) , Just bring your suitcase and unwind or enjoy all the activities the mountain has to offer.
**********(FYI:) We provide a starter kit of "paper products":
(2) Rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom, (2) Rolls of paper towels in the kitchen. So guest that are staying longer than 2-3 days will need to provide their own once starter kit runs out.
>BBQ GRILL: The Propane BBQ grill should only be used outdoors. The grill should stay well away from the home, deck railings, and out from under eaves and overhanging branches. Keep children at least three feet away from the grill area. Never leave your grill unattended. Always make sure your gas grill lid is open before lighting it. When you are finished grilling, turn off the gas lines at the knobs and the propane tank. If you smell gas while cooking, immediately get away from the grill and call the fire department. Do not move the grill. If the flame goes out on the grill, turn the grill and gas off and wait at least 15 minutes before re-lighting it.
We refill propane tanks as needed between guest stay. If you run out of propane during your stay. please let us know.

During the winter season (Late october to early may), please be prepared with snow chains in the event a winter storm is in the forecast.
>We are not able to help if your car becomes stuck for liability reasons.

We have no control over the dates or the length of time that they disrupt service. **Our guests understand that there will be no refunds for power outages or internet/WiFi interruptions and that they'll happily accept the unlikely inconvenience for the sake of preserving our forests**
>Additionally, We are in a mountain community and the power supply and Wifi can be unpredictable. Although we do our best to accommodate, powerful storms and downed powerlines/satellites are out of our control.
>>Violation of the Counties STR Rules is subject to a minimum of $1000, and paid by booking guest.
>>INTERNET: You agree that you will not: - give out our wireless internet password to outside individuals - reset, erase or modify the router password; - transmit any material that is unlawful; - transmit any material that infringes the copyright or other proprietary rights of any party; - use the internet for excessively high volume data transfers. Internet use will terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any of its terms or conditions. We are in a mountain community and the environment can be unpredictable. Internet and cable can go down, especially during or after storms. No Warranty is provided for Internet use. By electing to use WiFi, you assume all risk and hold us harmless in the event of any damage you may suffer due to security breaches.
>>>FIRE RESTRICTIONS IN THE RIM FOREST: Crestline and the surrounding area’s visitors are reminded to exercise caution when visiting the National Forest and maintain a higher level of awareness of the increased fire risk. Travelers through the Forest should remain on designated roads and never park on dry brush or grass. Outdoor wood, charcoal, or campfires of any kind are not permitted. Fireworks are always prohibited in the San Bernardino National Forest. The US Forest Service will be aggressively citing those who do not comply with the posted restrictions. Violation of these prohibitions is subject to punishment by a fine of not more than $10,000 or imprisonment for not more than six months or both, as Class B misdemeanors under federal law. Persons may also be responsible for resource damage, suppression costs, and any injuries that occur if they are found liable for causing a wildfire
This is a short term vacation rental and not a lease. THIS AGREEMENT IS NOT A LEASE AND CONVEYS NO RIGHTS IN REAL PROPERTY. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you stipulate and agree that have not and will not receive a real property interest or rights to our vacation rental property

*****We kindly ask that all dishes used to please be washed. If a noticeable amount of dirty dishes have been left out, a $25 cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit.
>Please do not use our pots/pans for deep-frying. There will be a $80 per pot/pan charge for damage to our cookware.
No addition guest, other than what is specified, are allowed to stay overnight. Violation of this rule is subject to immediate eviction (Per San Bernardino County code enforcement) & mayalso be cited.
No parties or large groups are allowed. If we, or the county sheriffs show up due to noise complaints or large groups complaints, $100 will be deducted from your security deposit. A second complaint for any of these violations will be subject to immediate eviction and another $100 will be deducted from your security deposit. No refund will be issued.
>>>Guests understand that we, as owners, are NOT responsible for any injury caused by slipping on pine needles, Pine cones, snow, or ice, and that the guests are responsible for the removal of these items around the doorways and paths to house and car; that we, the owners, are not responsible for any personal injury or loss or damage to the guest's persons or property and that the guests assume the risk to their persons and property caused directly or indirectly from foul, inclement weather conditions, acts of nature, failure of heat, accidents related to fire, heaters, stoves, guests failure to remove snow and ice around access areas; for any unforeseeable circumstances. Under no circumstances will the guests hold us, the owners, responsible for any damages or claims of any kind resulting from their stay. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

It is law that all persons driving in the San Bernardino mountains must carry tire chains in their vehicle from, NOVEMBER - APRIL. Conditions change extremely fast and NO refunds will be issued unless all roads leading to Crestline are closed for 3 hours or more.
