The Space:
Tastefully appointed and meticulously maintained, this unit enjoys updated finishes with knotty alder cabinets and log accents. This is a fantastic 3 bedroom/3 bath condo that is literally steps away from the slopes and allows one well behaved dog.
Recently renovated to include a fresh coat of paint everywhere, new flooring in the kitchen and mudroom area, a new bathroom on the main floor with granite countertop and beautifully tiled shower. The kitchen also has a brand-new granite countertop.
The condo is on the 3rd floor of the building with the living, kitchen with bar seating, dining, laundry, full bath and a master bedroom on the main level. The living room is large, extremely comfortable and has a TV in and a gas fireplace to warm up after a long day on the slopes.
As you walk into the unit you have a mud room with under bench boot storage and hooks. You can enjoy the views and sunset off of your covered deck which is accessed from the living room. On the next floor you will find a king bedroom (with flat screen tv connected to satellite) with ensuite bathroom and a bunk room with a traditional bunk bed and a separate twin bed (sleeping 3). The landing of the 2nd floor has a sofa bed that can sleep 2 people.
The bunk room has a television connected to a DVD player for movies. Just outside the bunk room is a separate bathroom. On this floor is a loft area that sits over the bottom floor living area.
There is a separate garage with this condo as well as a locked closet in the garage for you to store all of your adventure gear. The garage will fit most SUV's without a roof top box. The garage height is 82 inches. Your second parking space is immediately behind the garage. To be clear, there are 2 parking spaces at this condo.
A communal hot tub, deck and grill is just steps away and a great way to finish off your day in paradise! The hot tub is seasonal and typically is open the entire winter season and from late June until Labor Day. The base area of Mt. Crested Butte is just steps away as is the shuttle bus stop if you wish to take the bus vs ski out of the condo.
The free shuttle to the slopes stops at the bottom of the parking lot where it meets Hunter Hill Rd. This runs in the winter months every hour. You can also ski in/ski out from the north end of the upper parking lot.
No trailers or RV's are allowed at this property due to town regulations and/or HOA covenants.
The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian.
4 or all-wheel drive is suggested in the winter to access the parking lot.
The HOA allows ONE well behaved dog. We can't make any exceptions for more than one dog. Cats are not permitted.

This property is accessed by 2 flights of stairs. No elevator at this property.
Parking
Parking spaces are very limited and it is important that all guests and owners observe the parking rules and regulations.
All vehicles must have a parking tag which will be issued to you upon check in. A parking tag must be hung on the rear view mirror of each vehicle. Owners have been provided a permanent parking tag for each of their vehicles kept on the property.
All vehicles of guests or owners of Aspen and Cottonwood buildings Must park in their assigned garages or in the lower lot which adjoins the Aspen building. For this unit you must park in the garage and then also behind your garage door. Please be sure to look up and be aware of any snow that could slide off the roof. Garage door height 82" & width 105".
Observe all signs for restricted and /or prohibited parking areas.
Any vehicle parked on site without a “parking tag” hanging on the rear view mirror or parked in a restricted or prohibited area will be towed. If your vehicle is towed, you will be responsible for all towing charges. The phone number of the towing contractor is 349-7333.
Guest Access:
Check in instructions will be sent to you 2 days prior to arrival at 4 pm MST.
The Neighborhood:
The Paradise condos are located on Hunter Hill Rd. The shuttle stops one an hour at the end of the driveway and can take you to the base area. 4WD or AWD is recommended for getting to your condo. Only 2 cars per condo are allowed. To access the lifts you can walk/ski behind the San Moritz condos that are just North of Paradise and than hit the slopes just above the Westwall Lift.
Getting Around:
It will be easiest if you have a car to get around. You are about 4.5 miles to the Town of Crested Butte and about 3/4 of a mile to the base area of the mountain.
