I may be a few $ more than others but remodeled in early 2024 so nothing is outdated Pride of ownership and centrally located 200 yards to the chairs, free buses, and great restaurants. On the top floor of the Grand Lodge, Newer King bed and sofa bed, full service location, All the amenities of a 4-star hotel - Fitness room, indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, fireplace lounge, on-site restaurant, slope side ski valet and much more. wifi door lock - go direct on arrival - no security deposit required.

There is a pending resort fee likely to be called a resort fee and will be $20/night effective sometime in 2024 but as of today 7/12/24 it hasn’t been approved by the board when approved It will be retro active to all Grand Lodge condo's other owners may not be on top of this so please be aware.

Adore Crested Butte!
Thank you for sharing your cute space with us. It was well appointed, clean and centrally located. It was perfect for 2 of us. Anyone with more people may be a tad cramped in this lovely hotel suite style home. We were outside exploring, e-biking and hiking from this great location at the base of the slopes. The Aspen trees were peak and it was gorgeous! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We’d definitely stay there again.

Great rental and very nice amenities
It is a nice property and well-stocked with everything you need for a long weekend in Crested Butte. All the kitchen utensils and appliances you would ever need. There is a heated pool and a nice workout facility as well. The host did a great job answering our questions and prepping for our check-in. Highly recommend!

Owner was great to work with and the unit was quite nice for the space. Great location as well. I wouldn’t recommend using the pull out couch, but the bed itself was very comfortable.

A Walk to the base area.
The location was very convenient (Summer, Fall or Winter) as it was walking distance to the Crested Butte base area. This is a great unit for a couple or a couple with small children, although I would not recommend for more than 2 adults as the pull out is next to the kitchen. The unit is on the top (5th) floor with a view of the hillside across from the base area and is in a quiet location.

Affordable stay right next to slopes
This is a perfect efficiency for 2-4 people (we had 3) if you want an ideal location with all of the basics needs. The shower warmed up quickly. Plenty of pillows and blankets for beds. We were able to make a few meals in the room and then catch the free shuttle to Crested Butte for a few meals out. Nice pool and hot tub to soak in after a long day on the slopes. Easy check in and great communication. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to CB. Thank you!

Excellent place!
This was my husband, son and I's first visit to ski at Crested Butte and we couldn't have asked for a better place. The location is amazing. It's literally walking distance to the Red Lady and Silver Queen ski lifts, there's a bus stop to take you into town in the parking lot, and the Lodge has free a ski valet. The suite was the perfect size for the 3 of us and offered a kitchenette big enough to cook small meals. Everything was super clean and just as described.

Great mountain spot!
The property itself was great. Comfortable bed, secure building, close to mountain hikes. The only concerns were the lack of pepper, olive oil, hand mittens. It would have been nice to have these amenties included, as I consider these items basics. Also the TV did not have the capability to stream services. The hot tub was nice!

Everything was as described. Nice king sized bed and a comfortable living room. It would be nice to have a Roku or some way to access Netflix ancd other streaming services. Maybe it was on the TV and I just couldnt find it? Excellent place to stayfor two of us.

Apartment was great, loved the location. We were able to walk to the apartment every day for lunch. It was also really nice to have the ski valet included. The only downfall was the fold-out soft, the thin mattress was not very comfortable for my 17-year-old daughter. If you could provide a mattress topper for the fold-out that would make it more usable. The lodge did give us a few of the thicker bedspreads to put on top, which helped.

Great clean slope side condo at CB mountain
Clean, functional condo right in the heart of CB resort. No issues with condo, not huge but it worked well for us (2 people. Was supposed to be 4 but had a cancelation). 1 bedroom and 1 fold out couch. Fold out wasn't in super shape but works well for teenagers. Adult in not sure would be comfy. As others pointed out, the fridge door swings the goofy way but no big deal. Beware fridge is small again want issue for us, just an observation. Super convenient 3 min walk to open. grand lodge has ski valet for 1st and last day to facilitate luggage handling. Base has ski valet as well for your nightly storage. Worked perfect As said in description, park your car 1st day and don't touch it until leaving. Town shuttle stops right outside the lodge and runs very frequently, until midnight. Also worked perfect. Only gripe would be internet down in our block after 1st day. That is not reflective of condo, was a Lodge wide temporary problem Recommended!
