Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

nice 1 person condo
I like the property. for 1 person, it is great. 2 might be too tight. very limited cupboard/pantry space and even less dresser space. The overall lodge is great. Would go back if alone again next year.

Clean property with a great view of Mt Crested Butte from the balcony. Some issues with checking in, had to call guest services to find out the room number. Keypad for entrance was not working. Guest services provided the code to the lock box for the room key. Free WiFi was not used because the SSID was not found as an available network.

Great value…beautiful setting
Cute and cozy studio. Nice porch. Great views of Mt Crested Butte. Easy enough to drive the few miles to the bus station and catch the bus to the slopes. It runs every 15 minutes. Hot tub was very nice.
