The Carriage House is so special that many couples have stayed here for their wedding, honeymoon, anniversaries, and even proposed marriages here! You will LOVE it!

GREAT IN-TOWN LOCATION on the coveted western, historic side of town. Being only 2 blocks from West Elk Avenue (the historic main street with boutique shops and wonderful restaurants), steps away from the free bus shuttle to Mt. Crested Butte, a few blocks from multiple trails, and only 5 minutes from the Arts Center, and playground -- no car is required when you stay in this perfect location! It is in the middle of it all, yet very quiet!

The upper floor has an open living space with vaulted ceilings over the living room and GOURMET KITCHEN. This includes stainless steel appliances and island/table, eco-friendly paperstone counters, a deep sink, a Nespresso coffee machine, French Press, a filter coffee machine (we like our coffee!), and everything else a chef could desire! Enjoy your delicious coffee in the cozy living room, relaxing while taking in the amazing mountain views from the studded leather couch or chaise lounge. The living room is outfitted with a Smart TV w Netflix and Direct TV, Sonos soundbar, FASTEST WIRELESS INTERNET in CB, and a cozy fireplace. Off the living room is the deck for catching some rays, drinking a glass of wine, and admiring towering Mt. CB and the beautiful views; the cowboy bedroom with 2 twin beds; and the slate-tiled bathroom with shower (also located on the upper floor).

The beautifully furnished, inviting master bedroom with a pillow top mattress, memory foam topper, luxury linens, down comforter and pillows, Afghani dowry chests and block prints, and an exquisite travertine tiled bathroom with a Chinese Bedouin vanity, antique ceiling tiled mirror, big fluffy towels, and a relaxing STEAM SHOWER all located on the lower floor.

Under the amazing mountains, you can dine and relax on the outdoor patio (summer), complete with a Weber BBQ, patio table and chairs, red market umbrella, and roast marshmallows over the outdoor fire pit (outdoor furniture only available from mid-June to mid-September).

Great house, great location!
We stayed there with our two teenage kids during a ski trip and had a blast. The location was perfect and the town bus stop was right there. Loved the cozy house (especially the radiant heated floor and the steam shower in the master was the best after a long day skiing. Would definitely stay here next visit!

The house is lovely and cozy. The kitchen is functional and well-stocked. The location is perfect- easy and quick walk to the shuttle bus, nice walk to town, close to xc ski trail. The views of the mountains are spectacular!

The house was perfect for the two of us. The location and views were great. The access to mountain bike trails was ideal. The home itself was beautiful inside. Cozy Cottage
The Carriage House was in a great location for walking to town, catching the ski bus, and enjoying family time at home. The house is very well equipped with kitchen items, and there were fun games for our kids to play. The house is extremely comfortable, and we really enjoyed our time in Crested Butte. Side note: if you are looking for a massage while in town, Creekside Spa is wonderful. Enjoy!

My husband and I had a perfect week! The Carriage House exceeded our expectations! The Mountain View’s were beautiful! The location was perfect; easy walk to Elk Avenue. Very Nice Stay!
This house has two stories and nice amenities. It is small, but you will not sacrifice! It is in a perfect location downtown to walk and shop or catch the bus to go up the mountain! It has nice showers, beds, and a small kitchen. The living room was great for the three of us! I would not plan to do a lot of washing clothes. The dryer takes a while to dry! So, be prepared! The art, travel souvenirs, and decor are amazing!

Adorable carriage home perfect for two couples on a ski vacation for n Crested Butte.
Tastefully decorated and welcoming rental. This owner truly cares about the guests experience and it shows. The home was clean and well equipped, thoughtfully stocked with nice amenities. The kitchen albeit small was perfect and the well stocked pantry was such a blessing as we love to cook. Paula was a pleasure to work with. This carriage home is so convenient to the shuttle bus system and to all the town of CB had to offer.

Wonderful Gem
We had a wonderful time at this home. Everything was thought of to help make our stay perfect. The kids loved being across the road from the horses and we could bike everywhere. Location is great! You can see the trailhead museum from our location. It could be a little loud but did not wake us. There is minimal closet storage for suitcases and such but other than that we would stay here again! Nikki the house manager was wonderful and very quick to respond to any questions we may have had.

THE BEST LOCATION IN CRESTED BUTTE!!!
Our family of three spent a week here and it was just perfect! The carriage house had everything we needed for a truly wonderful week in Crested Butte. The home was immaculate, perfectly appointed with everything we could have needed or wanted - and, we loved the snacks you guys left too! It was warm and cozy and situated perfectly for us to jump on the bus to the mountain or walk into town for everything we wanted. The attached heated garage was a bonus too as we were able to leave our skis and boots inside of it so we didn't have to go in the house with ski boots at all, which we appreciated after big powder days every day!!! I can't say enough good things about this property and Paula who was so very kind and responsive to any questions. We felt like we found our home away from home and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful fall foliage weekend at The Coach House in Crested Butte
We were looking for a central location for us and our son and daughter-in-law, and we were totally happy with our stay in The Carriage House. 5 stars. Great views of the mountains and just a few blocks from center of town. Quiet spot with easy access to trails, paths, food and mountains. Well equipped house from living space to kitchen to bedrooms and baths. Clear and quick communications at all times with owner and her house manager. Perfect accommodations for one couple or a small family. (2nd bedroom upstairs off kitchen only has two twin beds, so two couples traveling together have to draw straws.) Would happily stay here again summer, fall or winter (you're also close to bus stop up to ski area).

Crested Butte Beauty
This property was a true gem. My husband and I and one of our adult daughters spent 5 days here and loved every minute. The house was the perfect size for us and very clean with great kitchen amenities. The location, 3 blocks from town and one block from the bus stop to the mountain, is ideal. There are also plenty of hiking trails just a short walk from the property. We would definitely stay here again!

Simple Living with great views!
My husband, son and I stayed in this perfectly appointed comfortable house for three weeks to plan, celebrate and recover from our daughter’s mountainside wedding. The house is beautiful- with high end everything and beautiful artifacts from around the world. The location couldn’t be better- walking distance to town/grocery and one block from the town shuttle. Our favorite thing was sitting in the outdoor space watching the setting sun Reflect on the mountains. The host, Paula, was SO helpful and gracious. I can’t say enough good stuff about this house.
