Hot Tub with amazing views of Mt. Crested Butte and the surrounding mountains

Comfortable standalone 4-bedroom 3 bathroom A-frame home on over half of an acre conveniently located to the Mt Crested Butte resort and Crested Butte town transportation. Walking distance to the base of the Mt Crested Butte resort for skiing, hiking, biking and dining. Or, catch the free shuttle to town at the stop across the street. Endless high alpine forest, wildflower meadows, and hiking trails are accessible within minutes in all directions.

This is a private home reminiscent of classic European mountain chalets, with an A-frame roof, exposed wooden beams and beautiful direct views of Mount Crested Butte and the Paradise Divide . The property is conveniently located on Gothic Rd. which has a wonderful recreation hike/bike path that connects the mountain and town. This location is so convenient to everything; yet is shielded by a little grove of serene Aspen trees, visible through many of the windows.

The home has 3 levels. Level 1 includes a 1-car garage (with electric garage door), mudroom, laundry with washer/dryer, kitchen and dining area. The appliances are new, and the kitchen is stocked with all you need to cook and enjoy great meals. Enjoy your morning coffee gazing out the windows to survey the snow conditions before walking over to the lifts.

Level 2 includes 2 bedrooms with king-size beds, large walk-in closets, ceiling fans, mounted TVs, and views of the aspens and private yard full of wildflowers. Down the hall you will also find a great bunk room that has 2 bunkbeds. There is a large bathroom with a step-in shower and walk-in hot sauna, and another bathroom with a full bathtub. The living room has vaulted ceilings, includes a full sitting area, TV (smart TV w/ cable) and a gaming table and chairs. The expansive deck is accessible from the living room and offers stunning views of Mount Crested Butte. On this deck you will find a hot tub where you can end your day of sking, hiking or biking relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views!

The 3rd level is dedicated to the primary bedroom, bath and large walk-in closet. It’s large, yet cozy suite, with exposed beams, a wood-burning fireplace and oversized picture windows that frame the aspen grove and mountains outside. It also has a large area that could be used as a private workspace, if needed.

The entire house is equipped with reliable high speed wifi and the 4 smart TVs are connected to all streaming applications and cable. You can enjoy the solitude of the mountains while keeping up with work and the outside world without any hassle

There is also a shuttle stop just across the street for the free Crested Butte bus that runs laps all day between the town of Crested Butte and Mount Crested Butte. You really could not ask for a better location to enjoy everything this epic environment has to offer in all 4 Seasons.

Fantastic house in Crested Butte
The house is just as described and absolutely lovely. Plenty of parking, spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, well-appointed kitchen. We loved the patio and hot tub. Great views and a playground in walking distance for our kids. We will stay here again!

Perfect spot
Couldn’t imagine a better location. The house was big enough for two families to have their own space. The hot tub was a hit with the kids. Everything was as advertised. We would not hesitate to book here again. So close to the mountain and the on demand skier pick up made things super easy with young kids. Great place to stay.

Easy walk or short bus ride to the lifts, the views from the house were awesome of the mountains, hot tub & sauna were huge hits, short bus ride into the Crested Butte town area to go out as well. Overall great property & stay!
