Casa Skyview / Fantastic Townhome within Walking Distance to the Slopes

With commanding views over the rooftops and the surrounding mountains, Casa Skyview is your place to relax in CB! This fabulous townhome is the home base for all of your adventures. With only a 5 minute walk to the slopes or hiking trails, and only a few minutes by car to town, the location couldn't be better.  During the winter season the shuttle even stops at the bottom of the driveway (routes and times change frequently. Always check current stops and times)

Pull into this 4 unit complex and park in the garage of Casa Skyview. Up the stairs you will find the comfortable great room with vaulted ceilings and commanding views.  Curl up next to the gas fireplace and watch the big game on TV, or just relax with a good book.  The fully remodeled kitchen with granite countertops is efficiently designed so that steps are minimized so that you can serve up that great meal at the end of a busy day at the dining table with room for 6.  Also on this level is the master bedroom with King bed where you can lay in bed and take in the views of Mt Crested Butte before you start your day.  The master bath has a tub/shower combo with dual vanities and also serves as the powder bath for the living area.  

Upstairs you will find 2 more bedrooms, and a full bath. One bedroom has a queen bed with desk work area and the other has bunk beds with a double on the bottom and twin on top.  This room also has a desk, work area for those zoom calls and remote learning sessions.  

On the first level you will find a garage and laundry room should you have to do chores during your vacation.  With such great views out of almost every window, you may not want to leave Casa Skyview!

Great mountain ski stay
The condo was great for our group. However, the heat was difficult to control. The upstairs bedrooms got very hot at night. Other than the heat, the place was perfect for the weekend and very convenient to ski Crested Butte.

Great experience st Casa Skyview. Everything was as advertised. Nicely appointed with everything we needed. Perfect for a family of six. Great view and short walk to the bus stops. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and convenient property!
We had 7 in our family with the youngest being 11. Plenty of room and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked- we stopped in Gunnison before and loaded up on groceries from the market there. We cooked every night because it is generally a long wait for any place to eat. The lift area is a short drive- less than 5 min. About a 15 minute walk. Shuttles come through and can drop you off but we usually just drove. My husband would drop us off and pick us up in the skier drop off area. Super easy. The floor heaters put off plenty of heat- we left them at 60 degrees and were more than comfortable. The gas fireplace also puts out a comfortable heat to warm you quickly! Beds were comfy and we enjoyed the board/card games! Also they have sleds available for use in the garage that the two younger kids loved. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Thank you!!

Great ski lodge.
This place was perfect for our group of six. The kitchen had everything we needed plus extras like a hand mixer, muffin tins, spices, and coffee filters. The beds were comfortable. Having a 2 car garage was great and the warming room by the garage was perfect to keep ski boots and clothes. The bus comes every hour at :15 and :45. It was not close enough for our kids to walk to the slope but the bus worked well. We would definitely stay here again!
