This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is located in the heart of historic downtown Crested Butte. It is a short walk to all of the restaurants, shops and festivities that downtown has to offer. There is a shuttle stop close by where you can catch the free shuttle to Mt. Crested Butte which offers an array of hiking and biking trails in the summer and in the winter, world class skiing at Crested Butte Mountain Resort.
On the entry floor you will find the beautifully furnished living room with a gas fireplace, dining area, wet bar and updated kitchen with marble counter tops, stainless steel appliances and perfectly stocked for your culinary needs. On this floor is also a king bedroom and a 3/4 bathroom. On the second level you will find a spacious and sunny master bedroom with a king bed, private sitting area and flat screen TV. Down the hall is the "Art Studio" room. Once used as an art studio, this split level room is spacious and a perfect place for kids with 2 twin beds and a twin bed w/ trundle and plenty of room to spread out. Also on this level is a beautiful full bathroom.
Make your way to the impeccably landscaped backyard and back deck and soak in the tranquility of your surroundings and the views that surround the town of Crested Butte. Grill your dinner on the large back deck and when the evening gets a little chilly, light a fire in the outdoor fireplace on the deck.
This house comfortably sleeps 6 people and is the perfect place for a family vacation in any season. Convenient, comfortable and classy are three words that perfectly sum up this home.
**This property is pet friendly. Our pet policy is as follows. We allow up to two dogs in the property. There is a $250 refundable pet deposit and a $15 a day pet fee per dog. We do not allow cats.**
**We require one of two options for you regarding damage protection. We recommend you purchase damage protection for $45. This covers you for up to $3,000 in damages that could occur to the property during your stay. Or you can choose to pay a $1000 refundable damage deposit. When booking directly online please let us know in the notes which option you would like.**
