Location, Location, Location, slope-side in the Axtel Building. This unit has a king-size bed and pull-out couch.

It is located in Mt Crested Butte, on the slope side of the mountain. Beautiful views off the large balcony, looking right at the mountain. Views from the bedroom, kitchen, and living area. Shops and restaurants are just around the corner, and Historical Crested Butte is just a short 10-minute (free) bus ride with more shopping and amazing restaurants for all walks of life.

It's the perfect location for skiing and mountain biking. A true ski-in/ski-out and bike-in/bike-out location. If you were any closer, you would be sitting on the mountain.

AWESOME SKI IN SKI OUT LOCATION
The condo was perfect right at the CB base area close to lifts and condo very nice. Large fridge/oven, microwave.

My husband and I really enjoyed our short stay in this condo. Roger was so helpful and made the check-in process a breeze. You can’t beat being steps away from the lift. The hot tub is also amazing!

This unit was the closest I have ever been to the ski lifts! Great location to the lifts and action after skiing. The unit is a little small but great for couples. The only challenge was getting to the unit from the parking lot. It might be useful to include a map showing the best route to access the front door from the parking lot. We enjoyed our stay and would book again!

The deck was our favorite spot!
This is a terrific 1 bedroom unit located right next to the Silver Queen lift with fantastic views of Mt Crested Butte. In the mornings we did our outdoor activities and the afternoons were spent relaxing on the deck watching the activities in the base area. Perfect place for some R&R!

Best ski-in ski-out location at the Base of Crested Butte
You really can’t find a better location than this. The balcony looks directly at the two main lifts, making it easy to come and go all day while you ski. You are steps away from the slopes, restaurants, shops and the bus stop, making anything you want to do easy. The host was quick to answer questions and the check in process was super easy. Bed is comfy, smart TVs in both rooms are easy to use, really no complaints and would recommend this place to anyone!

Three adult males stayed comfortably. Best ski in ski out on the slopes. Walk down the stairs, clip in and get on the lift, it’s that close, Property owner was very responsive and the property is exactly as listed.

Great location!!
We absolutely loved the condo! It’s the perfect size for 2 people. We didn’t ski but it couldn’t be more perfect for skiers. The bed is really comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. They could maybe add a pizza cutter. It’s a bit of a hike to get your luggage and groceries through the snow and up the stairs but the view is worth it.

Mostly really good. Access to unit could certainly be improved. Only real problem was the noise all night from snow cats constantly going by right outside the unit

Back at The Butte
We have stayed at The Axtel units for over 5 years. The local can’t be beat! Unit 317 was perfect for us. Just walk out the door and hop on the lift in the am. In the pm catch the bus into town for dinner or shopping We’ll definitely be back next year. Thank you Rodger !!
