Explore Crested Butte’s historic charm and ski fresh-powder, but come home to nature, breathtaking mountain views and 36 acres of pure tranquility. Our home is perched on a ridge, directly above downtown Crested Butte, offering spectacular panoramic mountain views from the main living areas and wraparound deck for lovers of alpine scenery! Completely secluded yet only 10 short minutes to downtown. It’s the perfect getaway for entertaining families with kids.

Upstairs: The main living area upstairs is an open concept with beautiful 25 foot high ceilings in the living room, kitchen and dining room with skylights and custom beam work - the mountain views from these main living areas are truly breathtaking! The floating chefs kitchen has all the required cooking appliance/utensils to ensure a fantastic in-home dinning experience. Each of the 4 bedrooms upstairs have en-suite bathrooms, and an exterior door with direct access to the wrap-around deck. The expansive wrap-around deck includes a hot tub, gas grill and outdoor seating/dining. The office has a computer monitor with keyboard/mouse for easy hookup to your laptop. Fast WiFi and also fantastic cell phone reception throughout the entire house and property. We also provide an iPad with Sonos multi-room audio control, telescope, guitar, piano and a few other surprises.

Downstairs: The 5th bedroom is located downstairs and is the bunkroom. This is perfect for the kids and has 8 total beds (4 fulls and 4 twins) with an ensuite bathroom. The game room lounge is for the kids to play and has multiple video game systems and a large TV. The laundry room has double washers/dryers as well as two exercise bikes. The heated garage has room to park 2 of your vehicles during your stay as well as an EV charger, extra fridge/freezer, exercise equipment, ski racks and a 24-port boot dryer.

Bookings Notes: No more than 10 adults allowed and max occupancy is 16 including children. 10% discount for week or longer stays and 25% discount for month long stays. You save 60% on sales taxes by booking our home compared to downtown properties that have an additional short-term rental tax. We include all the basics and keep the house well stocked - If you find anything that is missing please let us know and we will have it there quick. You are dealing directly with the homeowner when you message and book with us. No events, weddings, parties, photo/video shoots.

Amenities for Kids: 2 highchairs, 1 pack-and-play crib, a stroller, baby gate, tons of toys, books, board games, puzzles, kids game room with TV and video games - Switch, Xbox, PS3, movies, 5 pair of snow-shoes, miscellaneous sporting goods - tennis, pickle ball, basketballs, footballs, volleyballs, frisbees, yard games, etc.

Summer Notes: Bike and Hike to trails right out your front door! A great summertime perk of our home is hiking access to Green Lake Trail right from the house. This is a beautiful 3 hour round-trip hike from the front door that ends at a beautiful lake at the base of Mount Axtell. If you would like to hike to downtown Crested Butte from the house, it takes 50 minutes and is an easy downhill hike on the Green Lake Trail. Our oversized driveway is a fun place for kids to ride their bikes/scooters, play basketball, etc. and we also have a grass backyard to play yard games.

Winter Notes: The ski-mountain base area is a 7.3 mile drive from the house and takes 22 minutes driving in the snow. In the wintertime you need to have a 4-wheel drive vehicle to manage the snow/ice and our property managers handle all snow removal free of charge for our guests.

Beautiful Mountain Home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful mountain home. It is so well stocked and had everything we could want to vacation comfortably. Especially with 4 little ones, we appreciated the baby gate, high chairs, and abundance of toys. The decking surrounding the house not only provided a gorgeous view but hours of race time around for our 3 and 4 year old grandchildren. The owner was so responsive and accommodating. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO's and this was the best so far!!

Amazing home with spectacular views
If you are thinking of coming to Crested Butte with a group of people I highly recommend this amazing home. It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were extremely comfortable. The view was amazing while relaxing next to the fireplace. Excellent communication with Jordon from day 1. Jordon checked up on us upon arrival and while we were there to see if we needed anything.

A great secluded get away just out of town
Beautiful house up Kebler pass from CB proper. About a 15 minute drive in the dry, about a 25 minute drive in the snow. House is gorgeous, well stocked, and has fantastic views and privacy. The roads and driveways were plowed twice a day, and all in all it was a fantastic stay for potentially a large group. Jordon was very communicative and answered all of our questions.

This property was loved by the 9 of us - all adults over 60 - and spoken of as the best VRBO we have stayed in. Amazing property with breathtaking views!
We have stayed in many mountain homes all over Colorado, and this house is by far the best! Great layout, very high end amenities, super helpful owner/property management and no detail left unattended to! We had 4 adults and 8 kids, and the house was perfect. We love the open concept living, there wasn't a day we didn't sit on the deck and enjoy the view (and hot tub!) and the house was stocked with anything you need - cooking supplies, games, audio/video entertainment, awesome game room, the list goes on! Secluded on the mountainside, but also ~10 minutes to town. We saw multiple deer and even a fox! Highly recommend if you're looking for a high-end , sizeable and comfy house to stay in CB!

Best house EVER!
How do I express the glorious vacation our family of 15 just had? I'm not sure, but it all started with this incredible house! The house met all of our wants and needs (and then some!) from the well-stocked kitchen with every convenience possible, to the comfy living area, to the bedrooms, to the bathrooms, to the downstairs game room and bunkroom (which perfectly suited out kids), to the laundry room, to the hot tub, to the driveway where the kids rode bikes, to the surrounding porch, to the sliding glass doors all around the house. WOW! But to top it all off, the views from this property are literally breathtaking! We can't thank Jordan and his family enough for sharing their glorious home with our family. He supplied a folder which outlined trails to climb, restaurants to try, places to visit...and my family can attest that he was right on point with his suggestions. If you are looking for the PERFECT place to stay in Crested Butte, this is it! We miss it already!

This is a fantastic home for a group of friends or family visiting Crested Butte.

Very good experience
Overall, we had a very good experience. Good communication with the host, accurate description of the property, property was ready for us and check in with Izzy. And overall, it was a very nice house. I would say the only negative was that the fireplace was not working and a few of the appliances, including the icemaker. Otherwise, I would recommend the property for sure.

Crested Butte Mountain Home
Jordan’s Crested Butte mountain home is beautiful and he is the ultimate host! We were there with a party of 13 over what we will always remember as snowmageddon of 2021! While we were there CB got at least 9 feet of snow and it was magnificent! Even with 4 wheel drives we were worried about getting in and out… not a problem as the road and driveway were plowed several times a day. Ian the property manager was on site everyday digging us out and solving any problems that arose due to that much snow , he is a rock star! Jordan the owner was so responsive and helpful, couldn’t have asked for more! We will happily return to this stunning house with amazing views, comfy beds, great common space and stocked with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Bravo to Jordan and Ian!

Spectacular Hilltop View of Crested Butte
My wife and I stayed at this beautiful home above the town of Crested Butte in September 2021. We have rented through VRBO many, many times, and this was the most well-appointed home we have ever stayed in. From the top of the line appliances, to the well-stocked pantry, dishes, cooking utensils, amazing stereo, fast internet, gas grill, open living spaces, seclusion in the trees, hot tub, and hilltop perch with spectacular views, we felt right at home immediately. There was nothing that was lacking in this very comfortable home. We ended up eating almost all our meals in the home. The few times we did eat dinner in town, the food there was also fabulous (Slogars and Marchitelli’s Italian). The views of the town below were spectacular, both during the day, and at night! The home is very secluded in the woods up on the mountain overlooking the town of Crested Butte below. So it is very quiet and you feel like you are on top of the world. We spent most of our time hiking during the day, and relaxing on the porch and enjoying the views in the afternoons and evenings. There are some fantastic hikes that begin just down the road. Jordon, the owner, was very responsive, accommodating, and a joy to work with. This was definitely a five-star experience, and we hope to have the opportunity for a return visit. Thank you Jordon for making our stay extra special! And thank you Ian for checking on us to insure that we had everything we needed. Much appreciated!

Spectacular home in a spectacular location.
We’ve been going to CB for many years and decided to o go for a place up in the mountains this time. This place is wonderful, especially if you have a big group. Very well appointed. Very relaxing. The only real drawback is that it’s further from town and walking back and forth isn’t a real option.

Beautiful Property in Crested Butte
This property is beautiful and the house is well appointed. The views are spectacular. The driveway is a bit off road on packed snow so make sure you have a 4wd vehicle. They truly thought of everything from technology, outdoor toys like snowshoes and sleds, cooking supplies, personalized coffee cups/koozies and more. The only issue was the house is on a septic system so the house would often smell slightly like sewage. Would 100% stay here again.
