Located in downtown Crested Butte, this pet-friendly townhome is only two houses from the park, volleyball courts, horseshoe pits and softball field . It's a pleasant 5 minute walk to the heart of historic downtown Crested Butte with shops, galleries and restaurants and just two blocks away is the free ski bus stop. Be sure to check out the Center for the Arts’ Alpenglow, a free outdoor concert series on Monday evenings during the summer, located only one block from the house. The house has two bedrooms and one full bathroom located on the first level plus a washer dryer closet. Both bedrooms have queen beds. The second floor has an open plan with the kitchen, dining, and living area where you can relax and enjoy the large back deck overlooking the yard. The second half bathroom is also located on the second level. There is a queen sized sofa bed in the living room for additional guests.
The kitchen being located on the second floor allows the cook to still be part of all the fun while enjoying the scenery. Kitchen equipped with refrigerators, 2 freezer drawers for optimum counter space, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, garbage disposal and all cookware & dinnerware. Windows surround the upstairs living/dinning area and kitchen keeping it bright and sunny. Amenities include television with Amazon firestick, board games and wi-fi. The bathroom is stocked with plush bath towels, hair dryer and extra toiletries available. Relax on the porch with a beverage or prepare dinner on the gas grill while enjoying the backyard and the many Humming birds that often visit the house for a sip from the feeder. The duplex's shared backyard is fenced and nicely landscaped with flowers and mature aspen trees, as well as a flagstone walkway & patio seating area. The large grassy area is perfect for our four-legged visitors. There is a gravel driveway as well as parking in front of the house, although a vehicle is unnecessary since everything in town is within walking distance and the shuttle (two blocks from house) will take you up to the Mt. Crested Butte base area.

Great Stay Close to Downtown
Our stay was great, and we loved having cruiser bikes available to take downtown. The yard was lovely, and the house was plenty big for two people to live comfortably for a week. Would definitely recommend!

First time to Crested Butte
This was our first experience in Crested Butte. Although we visited in the off season, we enjoyed nearby Elk Street, the residence, and a beautiful hike.

Great place to stay in CB
Very nice property, loved the location in a residential part of town close to the center. Listing is accurate, other reviews seem reliable to me, no shortcuts taken, clear instructions, responsive host. Super dog friendly, with a fenced yard (a lot of snow when we were there) and a balcony (which our dog loved).

Great little Condo, perfect location.
Great little place! We really enjoyed our stay. It was a little hard to get in and out of the condo, but there's nothing that could be done about that, given the amount of snow. We woupd definitely recommend this place to friends.

Super place for a ski vacation with apre fun nearby

Great place for skiing and going downtown
This duplex was just right for us with a group that enjoyed alpine skiing, Nordic skiing and hanging out downtown. It is comfortably furnished with everything you need for meals at home.

The perfect weekend!
Erin’s place was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing little vacation. The backyard was also perfect for our two goldens to run around in between hikes and walks to the local pet shop.

The property has a great location, just a few blocks from Elk Street. We enjoyed the great room, open with lots of windows. Easy check-in and check-out with excellent communication with the managers. Highly recommend!

Nice location and comfortable house
The location was great - easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The layout of the house was nice and it was very child friendly. We also appreciated being able to bring our dogs. We were not able to check in until about 3:30pm because the home was still being cleaned and we found some areas that had not been cleaned (shower had hair, carpet covered in previous dog hair, etc) but overall we enjoyed our stay! We would definitely stay again and would recommend this home to others.

Perfect stay
The listing represents this property well. Nice place, perfect for one or two couples. Fenced in yard was a plus. Kitchen had what it needed, beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. There is another unit in the front of the house but we never heard any noises and hardly knew anyone else was there. The yard is shared.

Nice property. Tons of snow and access was a challenge. But very tidy and functional. Great for able bodied folks. Not for my buddy that’s in a wheelchair. Lovely location. Good views and quick access to downtown.

Great property!
Came out to ski for spring break with our two kids. Great property! Very nice location close to the main street in town (even in the snow/ice), and well outfitted with kitchen equipment and even a good amount of condiments and basic kitchen stables (spices, sugar, etc). Unit also had humidifiers in each bedroom which was great for those of us from more humid climates adjusting to the dry mountain air. Kids loved digging in the snow in the back yard as well!

Overall good place great location
The property was very clean inside and in a great location. The bedroom I was in had 4 windows of which only one window was operational and was able to be opened to get some air in. Windows were fogged and dirty and need to be replaced. Other than that would have given five stars!

Ski vacation to return home to Boulder fires.
Vacation started out great. The day before we left, we learned out neighborhood was burnt up in the Marshal fire in Louisville Our home remained standing, but uninhabitable. I hope we left everything OK at your place, but we honestly left in tears going home knowing several life long friends lost everything. It would be helpful to leave instructions for the home posted somewhere instead of only online especially when you have to leave In a hurry. A few more washcloths and towels would be awesome too, other than that and leaving to an impending disaster, it was a great place to stay
