"We had a lovely two night stay at the Logis des Tourelles. The house itself is beautiful, and the room was huge, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was more than adequate, and set us up for a day of exploring Cognac. Patricia was extremely welcoming and helpful. I would love to come back in summer and take advantage of the pool!"

"I arrived at address provided at 15.58 other 7th August. Property looked closed down. I rang and messaged owner several times. All records available on my phone. No answer from owner. I am visiting France from Ireland. I had to find alternative accommodation 16km away. The owner then messages me 4.5 hours after asking me if I was coming. Disgraceful. "Had a lovely time in your chateau, thanks very much. The house was really beautiful, loads of space and lots of quirky features like the piano, vintage bicycles and attic rooms.
