"First, let me tell you that you have to climb two very steep sets of stairs to even get to the unit. When we arrived the code we were given was incorrect and we couldn't get into the unit. Tried calling the number provided and no one ever answered. Thankfully they did call back, but it took a while. Once in the unit we found it was very dirty and did not feel safe because the code to get into our unit was the same as the one used to access the building as well, which made me feel anyone would be...

"We stayed here to get back and forth to Cincinnati children’s hospital. It was a beautiful place with plenty of space to spread out. We wanted to be able to cook and the kitchen was accommodating. Fridge had ice and water dispenser which was nice. Laundry in the unit as well as two big beds. Lots of beautiful windows. Plenty of stairs so be ready for those, but otherwise this place was absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend "

"I was taken with the coolness factor of staying in a former factory, but underestimated the inconvenience of having no lobby, nowhere to sit while waiting for room, etc. No early check-in, no late check-out. The room was nice looking but freezing (probably the downside of the brick building. All in all I wish I’d stayed at a more standard hotel. "
