The location could not be beat. Apartment was very clean. Guido met us in Paola's absence. He was very nice and responsive. He had to help us with the air conditioner the 2nd night. When we went to run the dishwasher as we were leaving it wouldn't start but again Guido was on top of it. Great place would stay there again.

Great home in the middle of the city
The location is very central! The apartment had everything we needed. There was enough space for 4 people, but I did mark down a point in comfort because the pull out couch isn’t comfortable and the pillows are paper thin. Air conditioning is great and WiFi was mostly strong. The apartment was really quiet. We never heard the neighbors.

My House apartments were very central in the heart of Cremona close to the town square, shops and the Violin Museum. The apartment was spacious, modern, comfortable and generally very well equipped. The only problem was that I couldn't get the wifi to work which was a nuisance to me but would have been a real problem had not my sister been just down the road with wifi available at her house. When I contacted the manager she was not very helpful and she didn't follow up to check that the problem had been sorted. I would definitely stay here again as long as they made sure the wifi was working.

Well-situated and comfortable apartment with cooking facilities and a washing machine. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cremona is a wonderful city well worth visiting for the architecture, ambiance, and food, and these accommodations add to the overall positive experience.

Central and affordable.
We stayed for 3 days in this very comfortable apartment 5 minutes walk from the conference we were attending. It was central to all the action but still quite quiet.

ホテルのようにフロントがある訳ではないのでチェックインの際は、事前にSMSで到着時刻をやりとりし、アパートメントの前でスタッフの方と落ち合って入らせてもらいます。入り口にインターホンがありましたがイタリア語で書かれていた注意書きが読めず、通りがかりの方に尋ねました。英語は分からないと言われつつも、アパートメントの方に電話をかけてくださったりととても親切でした。結局、10分足らずで入室できました。 設備は洗濯機からキッチンまで充実していて、スーパーで食材を買って、普通に料理ができるレベルです。エスプレッソメーカーもあったので、近くのスーパー(カルフールが近かったです)で買った豆で早速、エスプレッソを淹れました。 洗濯機を使う場合は、入室時に使い方を聞いた方がいいと思います。イタリアの洗濯機はなかなか難しいです。

クレモナの中心にあり、駐車場が利用可能なのでレンタカー旅行には最適。中心部走行のため車のナンバーの事前登録や、車でのアクセス方法、ゲートオープンのための直前連絡等、手間はかかるが、それらがクリアできれば便利。ジャグジー付きバスタブ、洗濯機、キッチンもあり快適。

A Due passi dal centro e a palazzo Trecchi
Posizione centralissima a pochi passi dal palazzo Trecchi quindi adatto a tutti coloro che sono a Cremona per corsi Scivac. L’appartamento è provvisto di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una piacevole periodo.
