"This hotel was absolutely amazing! The pirate decoration throughout was second to none. It is easily walkable to the beautiful local beach but there is a shuttle bus direct from the hotel. The waterpark is fantastic as well!"

"The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "

Nestled into the foothills overlooking the valley and sea the service, restaurant and experience was amazing! Wine tasting every day from 5:30-7:30 to take in the delicious vintages they produce.
