Nestled in the heart of the San Juan mountains. Our 2,000 square feet living space, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms home offers a relaxing and inviting atmosphere away from it all. The secluded setting provides a sense of privacy and tranquility while allowing you to enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding area. Relax and take in the picturesque views from our 2nd story porch as the sunsets over the town of Creede or marvel at the dark skies and twinkling stars above.

Main Bedroom - King Bed (Main Second Level with Ensuite Bath)
2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed (Third Level with Ensuite Bath)
3rd Bedroom - Queen Bed (Lower Level)

The proximity to ATV trails makes it convenient for outdoor enthusiasts to explore the rugged terrain and enjoy thrilling adventures. Additionally, being close to high mountain creek fishing offers anglers endless fishing opportunities. For history buffs, the nearby historic mining sites provide insights into the region's rich mining heritage.

Although our home is secluded, it's conveniently located just 4 miles from downtown Creede, which offers a one-of-a-kind shopping experience, art galleries, eateries serving delicious local cuisine, and the World Renowned Creede Repertory Theater.

Consistent with most Colorado mountain homes, the home does not offer air-conditioning.

ATV/trailer parking is available for a twelve-foot trailer or smaller. To make the sharp turn into the driveway, you may have to turn around at the Windy Gulch Trailhead, a quarter mile past the driveway.

We have the following surveillance devices on the property for liability and insurance purposes. There is one camera facing the driveway.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Book at least a week, and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Year’s).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
