"Perfect for the single traveller. Breakfast choice was good. You can walk to the Malvern Hills, about 1.5 miles or you can drive and park and emjoy the views across the Severn valley and Herefordshire."

"Wonderful stay whilst we explored Hay on Wye for a few days which was a short drive away. Very comfortable and clean and lovely cooked breakfast although not much continental selection. Had an open fire inside the entrance where you could sit and relax. We managed to lock ourselves out of our room leaving the key inside and the property were contacted easily and they gave us a spare key to get back in. We would stay again. Only tip for staying is to book restaurants nearby and research in advance as we struggled on the Sunday to find somewhere for an evening meal lots of local places stop serving Sunday lunch at around 3-4pm. There is also a lovely garden centre with a restaurant a short distance from here. "

"The Talbot Inn is old y worldly pub/hotel with plenty of character and atmosphere. All staff were welcoming and helpful. Our room had plenty of space and would meet many people’s needs with disability challenges. Very comfortable. "
