"We enjoyed this tiny house during our stay. It’s clean, dog-friendly with a fenced patio and within a 20-30 minute drive to the surrounding popular hiking and nature sight-seeing spots. The town itself is very small and you’ll need to drive a little ways for restaurants and groceries. The mercantile shop directly next door is very cute and a great spot to get coffee, Ice cream and local goods. Would recommend for a family of four (like us) or smaller. "

"After our drive, we enjoyed a peaceful walk along Lake Barkley and through the woods around the quaint town. We were greeted with a blue bird and three deer on our walk. Later, we took a short 15-minute drive to Patti’s 1880 Settlement for an amazing dinner. If we had been visiting during the on-season, we would have stopped at Hu-B’s along our walk. That evening, we were able to relax and recharge with a nice hot shower and a comfortable bed. The thoughtful extras, like the stocked Keurig with coffee, tea, and granola bars, were a great touch before we set off for another day of driving. "
