Located on a quiet area at Smith Lake in Crane Hill, Alabama. Just one hour north of Birmingham. Gated community with clubhouse and pool for swimming. Gorgeous sunsets from your own private dock with lounge chairs and 4 Adirondack chairs.

Simple yet elegantly furnished home that is perfect for three families with kids or 4-5 couples. All bedrooms face the lake with private access to back deck and dock. Only one set of steps to the water for easy access for older guests. Screened in porch with bed swing and fan overlooks the lake as well. Fall asleep in the bed swing at 3:00pm…Enjoy coffee on the back deck, upper deck or dock each morning to start your day. If you want serenity this is your spot.

Fully stocked kitchen with dinner seating for 10. Large pantry for food storage. Keurig coffee makers upstairs and down for your convenience.

Covered parking in front of house makes it easy to load in and out. Large coolers provided for excess storage of drinks or food for large groups. Webber charcoal grill on back deck. Deck seating for 8 upstairs off kitchen.

Private dock with covered area and sun deck. Kayaks and paddle boards provided. Life jackets and swim rings provided for children Pontoon boat available for rent with proof of insurance. Calm water allows for safe swimming and water sports for adults and children.

Large collection of games and books to use during your stay. Kitchen island converts to a ping pong table for family games. Host your own tournament!
