This suite is 1/4 individually designed apartments in a preserved Heritage Home next to Downtown Cranbrook.

Kick back and enjoy a professional hosting experience in one Cranbrook's Iconic homes.

The Neighborhood:
Cranbrook is a city in southeast British Columbia, Canada, located on the west side of the Kootenay River at its confluence with the St. Mary's River, It is the largest urban centre in the region known as the East Kootenay. This Heritage home is located right next to downtown in one of the oldest neighbourhoods of Cranbrook.

Getting Around:
This property is located in central Cranbrook and is within walking distance of our towns best Restaurants and shops. There is plenty of parking for a vehicle if you need one!

Other Things to Note:
• Please make sure to read and explore your Boarding Pass for detailed check-in ( and check-out) instructions and other information you need during and after your stay.

• Please note this is a Historical Home and is over 100 years old. There's a lot of character in this home and many things in here are original.

• Laundry is around back of the house to the left. Code is given with check-in instructions.

We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected.
For your peace of mind, we offer two options:
1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay.
2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay.
These options will be presented to you through our Guest App after booking.

Interaction with Guests:
Just to set proper expectations, our support line is available only until 2 am.
Please let us know your estimated time of arrival or if you expect to arrive after 2am, so we can make the necessary arrangements to assist you.

Great set-up for a short family trip
This suite ticked every box for us - good location close to grocery stores, well setup with kitchen, and excellent overall value. Also, if you're travelling with kids - the suite was stocked with loads of spare linens :) which is always helpful with kiddos. I would definitely stay here again.

Outside of house in need of some major repairs and yard somewhat neglected , but it may be due to the time of year .Inside was modernized, and comfortable.

Pets allowed but not really pet friendly. Yard was not fenced in and needs some TLC. What remained of a fence was a bit of a danger. No outdoor seating. The suite was very tiny, had to leave suitcases on the living room/kitchen floor. We could hear people in connecting suites. Would not stay here again.

Worst rental booking experience ever!! My partner and I work remotely so we travel a lot and have a lot of experience booking in different locations and have never seen anything like this. We first booked this rental under his name and then received a check-in registration that asked for his ID and a selfie. He did not feel comfortable giving out so much digital information so we called to cancel the booking and rebooked it under my name. I submitted my ID and selfie and paid with his card. Because my name did not match his credit card, they sent us a Docusign agreement to ask for consent to charge the card, we signed it. A few minutes later, we were asked to submit a photo of his ID and credit card!! When we arrived, the internet was down so we tried plugging and unplugging the modem. Emailed the company and they said there was nothing they could do. The internet at the rental was down the entire time since we booked the rental until we left. The property itself is really beautiful. It was right downtown so everything was within walking distance and very convenient to get to. Please please change the property management group you are using (Nomadic Vacation Rentals). We would definitely book again only if it's a different management company since the place itself was beautiful. So please, if you are the owner of the property reading this-change your management company!!
