"I flew into Cranbrook and the flight did not land until 12:30 am, when I went to the hotel they did not answer the door, even though I had left a message that I would be arriving late. If you are not arriving at a regular check in time, I would find a hotel that has 24 hr staffing. That said, the facility is very clean, great beds and we will be booking several rooms for a conference we are having in town in April. The value is excellent! "Slightly dated rooms with a few cosmetic/practical issues like a leaky faucet and dated bathroom. The plusses are a fantastic breakfast, great staff, a roku in the room, super cute lobby and decor, modern door code entry and super clean! There is no elevator which might be a negative to some. Would stay again."

"I enjoyed staying here. The studio suit that we stayed I was slightly dated but overall Decent. You can’t beat the location it was perfect. I just wish it had a big coffee pot not the single one. I would definitely stay here again. "
