The room was nice, but the shower was a tough squeeze with the fixed partition and the showerhead really low down for someone like me who is tall. Overall, a decent stay and good location."

"Outstanding Stay at Bishop’s Gate B&B We had a fantastic stay at Bishop’s Gate B&B in Londonderry! From the moment we arrived, Jim, the host, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His hospitality was exceptional—nothing was too much trouble, and he had great recommendations to help us make the most of our visit. The B&B itself was spotless, and you could tell the rooms had been newly decorated, giving them a fresh, modern feel while still being cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely fabulous! We enjoyed a delicious Ulster fry, cooked to perfection, with the option of additional fruit, cereals, and a variety of fruit juices—a great way to start the day. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the main attractions, restaurants, and the historic city walls. If you're looking for a warm and welcoming stay in Derry, Bishop’s Gate B&B is the perfect choice. We’ll definitely be back! "

We were there in mid-January when there were no other guests, but Seamus communicated with us in advance so we knew how to reach him when we arrived and he was very friendly and helpful. His wife Cathy made us a custom breakfast the next day and let us keep our luggage there while we toured Derry. "
