"The Bealey Hotel is located on the edge of a stunningly beautiful river valley surrounded by mountains about ten minutes drive east of Arthurs Pass Village. We stayed in a one bedroom villa (one of five from memory) all of which had panoramic views of the previously mentioned surrounding landscape. Our villa had a very comfortable bed, lounge and eating area and ensuite. While there was a bar refrigerator and some basic crockery and cutlery, the villa is not set up for self-catering. Instead, an ample continental breakfast was provided in the hotel’s dining room with dinner available there also at an additional cost."

"This is a little gem of a place can’t recommend enough, lovely hepfull owner, hot tub, birds in the trees, very modern interior. Could stay a while and forget about time. "

"Great stay for families , nice sized lounge , 2 double bedrooms with single beds +loft + bedding area for kids , nice views and warm with fire place & heat pump. Well catered . Would definitely return "
