"Such a cozy cabin and some amazing trails right behind for exploring by yourself or with dogs. Loved the open floor plan and the loft area, much bigger than anticipated. "From the fresh cut flowers on the back porch to the wonderful homey ambience inside, this place is truly a home away from home. Beautiful scenery outdoors, and comfy and cozy inside. The front deck was beautifully decorated with fall mums, and inside various plants, basking in the sun make this cabin come alive. The host was a delight to communicate with, and available every time we had a question or need. We are already planning our trip back. "

"I stayed here for close to a month in january, had a great time. The area is beautiful, the cabin was warm and comfortable even in the middle of january once i had the woodstove going, very nice quiet area. You won't see a single person anywhere near the cabin, it was pretty secluded and extremely private, but still reasonably close to some small towns. "Rented the place in mid-oct for a second-marriage honeymoon. The place was easy to find and was set up perfectly for a two person cozy stay. House faces the sunset and has a deck and sitting porch. Brought my little boat and the boating access is across the street. We had zero issues. We would definitely come back!! Definitely worth it. 👌 "

"The house was is in a great location. Our biggest complaint was that the listing said two bathrooms and there is only 1 1/2. Further, the 1/2 bath in the basement is very noisy as it uses some special pump. The house has plenty of bedrooms, a nice big yard and the kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/etc."

"We were looking for a cabin stay for a little getaway and were thrilled with the Spruce Cabin! Walking in, it immediately smelled great and was so clean. We had great communication with the innkeepers who were so kind, helpful and thoughtful! The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved the bed!
