Welcome to Brittany, in our holiday rental house on the peninsula of Fort Espagnol in Crac'h, in the village of Kercado, near Auray, Carnac, La Trinité sur Mer, Locmariaquer, Saint Philibert.
In our house in Crach you will enjoy a panoramic view of the sea, the Rivière d'Auray and the Baie de l'Ours to the entrance of the Gulf of Morbihan. On the Rhuys peninsula, the lighthouse of Port Navalo even lights up the lounge in the evening ...
You will be able to admire the ballet of the old riggings of the Gulf of Morbihan which draw edges in front of Locmariaquer, Baden, Port Navalo ... from your deckchair, on the terrace.
For boaters, a free slipway is located less than 300 meters from the house, allowing direct access to the Gulf of Morbihan and the Auray River. It is ideal for zodiacs, kayaks and light sailboats. Two other holds are available, in 10 minutes by car, in Saint Philibert and La Trinité sur Mer.
For walkers, the evening walk to Fort Espagnol is superb with the sunset over the Baie de l'Ours. This allows you to pass near the oyster yards, where you can buy oysters directly.
The house has been recently completely renovated and has:
- a large living room of almost 50 m² with armchairs and sofas, a stove, a flat LCD screen with Blue-Ray DVD player, and above all a breathtaking view of the Baie de l'Ours and the entrance to the Gulf of Morbihan.
- a new fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor, fridge-freezer, dishwasher ...) as an extension of the stay.
- 3 bedrooms, for 6 new beds (1 bedroom with new 160 bedding, 1 bedroom with new 160 bedding, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 90) with view of the wooded area, Auray river or on the Gulf of Morbihan.
