I show up at the property. Was there for two hours trying to figure out how to get in. Tried chatting with Expedia. They tell me they are not the ones to contact. I never received an email on how to get into the property. I did not cancel. I was canceled. I want a refund. The property owner contacted me about three hours later apologizing and I went from frustrated, to scared as I was alone, to angry for this company not following through with process. I found a last minute place to stay, as I obviously felt I was left in the street. By the time the owner contacted me I, my son found a place for me. I cannot rate the place as I did not stay.
According to owner her has recommended a refund and Expedia or Vrbo or whoever may not allow it. As stated prior, I did not cancel, information on process was not related to me and I was at property a correct time. I expect a total refund of as services were not rendered. You have rights, so do I as a customer that was not rendered services.
