"Everything from check in, check out, communication and amenities was excellent during our stay. Laurie and her husband Pat were amazing property managers. It snowed while we were staying and Pat plowed the driveways and salted the walkways. We forgot a few items and Laurie was kind enough to mail them back to us. I can’t say enough about our wonderful trip. We’ll definitely try to stay here again. "

We were able to get my son inside with his power wheelchair using a portable ramp to the porch and another up the door lip. Plenty of space to drive chair indoors. Need to be careful with the steps on the back deck, but half of the deck is accessible from the great room. Host was very attentive and look forward to staying again. "My family and I had the pleasure of spending a few days at Toymaker, and boy was it memorable! The home is an absolute dream, and the picture of zen my city self has been craving. The home is beautifully decorated, massive, yet cozy. Beds are super comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, fire place a definite plus. Cherry on top---hosts were super pleasant and responsive! My family and I would absolutely love to stay here again! "

"The property was as described, and I wish I could have stayed longer and enjoyed the surroundings more. It's a short walk to a nice park by the river. The house itself is comfortable and well-appointed. I appreciated the easy style, the good WiFi, and nice kitchen."

"The setting was pleasant and bucolic . . . the farm house has a huge porch covering two sides of the house that is lovely to sit on with a morning cup of coffee or evening drinks with friends. Everything was extremely clean and ordered in the home. Communication with the owners was also clear and helpful . . . lovely time."

"Booked this for my bachelorette party as a getaway retreat style vacation for myself and 5 friends. The gathering spaces were perfect and the pool and hot tub were so nice to have. Beautiful view out the back door and even watch a doe and lamb hang out multiple days. It was very relaxing to be here. Please note that getting Ubers and taxis are challenging in this area if you plan to go to Hudson or other locations, we somehow did it, but it wasn’t easy! Otherwise, it’s a great place to gather...

Kaatskill Mountain Club at Hunter Mountain

"I have read a lot of reviews on this property and I always try to steer clear of the bad reviews to let myself in on the experience so I can find out When you speak on “updating” and such, you must keep in mind the Nostalgia of this sport and what this mountain has down to maintain the East Coast Lodge vibe. My family of four , kids 10 and 16; had the BEST 4 days of Spring skiing and swimming outside in the heated pool. We had a studio only booked but decided to bring kids- they allowed an upgrade yes at my cost with no problem- From the 1 bedroom suite with a balcony and a whirlpool tub looking over the mountain, the D Lift, and pool, we couldn’t complain on the extra spent to give us space with our kids. From the Sauna, the ski check, the stream room, the workout room, to the hot tubs and pool, we loved every second and honestly didn’t wanna leave for our last leg of the trip…. Dinner at Van Winkles was so so good. Despite any negative reviews, I am leaving my extremely positive experience here for y’all to see. Book the trip! and Visit Woodstock. And the Candlestock store. Apres! "

"Wow, what an incredible surprise! I wish I could have extended my stay. Holly at the front desk was incredibly kind, so thank you for making our trip even better!! The facilities were great: not only was the pool pristine, but there was also a sauna outside! There is also a path on the property which is an excellent way to start the morning alongside the delicious pastries and coffee."
