"This was an absolute rip-off! Place was a total slum for poor Hondurans. Shabby, in disrepair, and filthy. There was no one around to check me in. After waiting 2 hours, I hailed a taxi and found a cheap clean hotel close to the airport. And shame on you Expedia for not vetting out these places. "

"This is very local hotel and probably not for the faint of heart traveler. I stayed as I booked it online sight unseen because it was the closest hotel to the airport. Well, Economico is an understatement. The room was a bit dirty, the premises a bit third worldly but the people were friendly.
