"Comfortable relaxed home. Great kitchen. Relaxing balcony with plenty of seating. Had difficulty getting a response to queries from the host via the Stayz chat. However, once I searched for and called the managing real estate agent they were very pleasant and helpful"

"Family weekend away space was perfect for our large group.Price was a little high to not include linen. Carpets need replacing or a good dryclean. Vacuums didn’t work very well and no cloths for wiping benches either.dishwasher tablets provided. "

"This property was great value and had everything we needed. It was in a great location, dog friendly, and family friendly. We stayed with some family friends and had a great time. My daughter keeps asking if way can go back to 'the Phillip Island house'. The manager was great - friendly, clear, and helpful."

"The property was as described, walking distance to beach, shops and attractions. Rating would have been higher if it wasn't for 2 beds not having top sheets (which were later provided after 2 requests), a couple of squeaky beds and some spider webs in the bathroom. An air conditioner in the downstairs bedroom would also be a good idea as the room gets extremely hot in summer. Overall the stay was pleasant and if these issues were sorted would happily stay again."

"A brief visit to show overseas family Phillip Island ,and in particular the penguins. The location was great as it was by the beach and lovely for walking into town or along the shore. Large living areas gave us all space, though we hung out a lot in the modern well equipped kitchen. Our visitors were thrilled to interact with the neighbour (owner?) who gave us feed to encourage the wallabies. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to have stayed longer. "
