Fitted out with all beautiful BRAND NEW FURNITURE, APPLIANCES, LINEN AND UTENSILS. Just perfect for a relaxing holiday away from home.

Just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants in Cowes. A convenient short drive to Penguins, Koala Park, Maze and Ropes course, Motor Grand Prix track. The Nobbies, Woolamai and Smiths surf beaches and many other popular attractions.
Great features to entertain both kids and adults.

And don't forget the Pets- PETS ARE WELCOME ;) Large secure pet area - with 2 large kennels available (please no pets in any carpeted rooms).

A stunning open plan living area with lounge, LCD smart TV, dining table and kitchen fitted with microwave and dishwasher, fully equipped with all cooking utensils. Cafe Italia Coffee Maker which uses Grinder & Remio capsules available from Coles

Second living /rumpus with 50" plasma TV, DVD/Blu-ray player. Modular lounge with fold out double sofa bed.

2 undercover decked areas perfect for relaxing with, BBQ on rear deck.


Lake is situated at the end of street, with optimal bird life, walking tracks, and lovely setting. Many other parks, children's play ground and open areas just a short walk.

Doonas, pillows, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats are supplied. - BED LINEN IS ALSO SUPPLIED AT NO EXTRA COST - however BATH TOWELS ARE NOT SUPPLIED and quests need to supply their own.
If you require bath towels please ask as they can be arranged at a cost of $5.00 per towel per stay.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with en-suite, fully equipped kitchen, dining for 12 people, lounge with seating for 12 people, 60" LED TV. Front and back undercover balconies. Rear with 6 burner BBQ.

Downstairs are 3 bedrooms, 1 main bathroom, second living,rumpus, laundry .

Great size yard, great size house to fit 12 adults and teenagers comfortably. Short drive to shops and beach. Lovely open plan living upstairs. Needs a new table tennis table and bats. Plenty of fridge/freezer space and very well equipped kitchen. Excellent communication and support when we had an issue.

Close enough, but far enough...
We had a great stay at this property. We were three families with children between the ages of 7 to 14. The property itself had more than enough space to accommodate us all. There were a few children that slept on the fold out sofa beds. The backyard is very big and and was good to sit out and enjoy the sunshine, as was the balcony off the dinning room. Communication with the owner was easy and responded in a timely manner. You can walk into town if needed, about 30mins, but far enough away as to not be caught in the traffic and (sometimes) searching for a car park. Cleaning could be a touch better, however, all in all a great stay and would recommend this place.

Loved our stay here. Great big backyard and spaces for the children to play and adults to enjoy. It was clean and bright. Accurate listing and check in was efficient. Only downside was the table tennis table was broken but we still managed to enjoy a play on it. Thanks and would stay again if in the area!

Overall, great house in fantastic location. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 3 littlies. Four large bedrooms meant all had their own area and littlies were able to sleep peacefully during the day. Amazing Property - Great Beds and ALOT of room!
We enjoyed our stay immensely, there was enough room for 6 kids and 5 adults to enjoy each others company, the beds were REALLY comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped that looks over the back yard and the pergola out the back and the front was great to watch the kids back yard and also out the front. Russell was so easy to contact and had quick responses, thank you for a great property to spend time in, if we are ever in Cowes again, we will stay there!
