Walk into the open plan living room with a full equipped kitchenette including a cooktop, microwave, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, toaster, kettle and coffee pod machine.

In the center of the suite you'll find a large bathroom with two person corner spa bath to relax and unwind, large shower with massaging shower head, hairdryer and toilet. Opposite the bathroom is built in robes.

The Bedroom features a queen size bed that has views of Cowes foreshore. This room has a large 50 Inch TV with Chromecast to stream your services, a desk to catch up on work and surf the web via the free WIFI via NBN.

Finally, the sun filled north facing balcony has views from Cowes Pier to Silverleaves beach and across the parkland. The balcony including an outdoor setting for four (4).
While you enjoy your stay, your car will also be securely locked in the upper-level carpark with roller security door, pin code and designated space for the apartment.

This is our own personal family apartment, feel free to use the items and it enjoy it like your own home. We only ask you respect and leave the place in a clean condition like when you arrived.

Complex facilities include:
- Laundry, coin operated onsite (pay at laundry)
- Secure entrance of building or direct lift from undercover carpark
- BBQ (coin operated) on site in common area of the complex with table and chairs
- Extra parking available on the street outside the apartment (or with prior arrangement during non-peak periods as our family members own different apartments, and their parking may be available).

NOTES:
- The additional bed is a fold out double bed in the loungeroom. Linen and towels are provided if extra persons are booked.
- Property is located in a holiday apartment complex so please keep outside noise to a minimum and respectful.
- Reception facilities are not available to our guests as you are booking direct and not through the complex. Please contact us for any issues, questions or concerns.
- Be respectful of neighbours (the apartment is a corner, so you only have a neighbour beside and below).

- The apartment has a pin code lock, so no key collections or lost keys.

It was a great place to stay for me and my boyfriend last weekend, everything we needed in the room was complete. The place has a nice view and there are many supermarkets and restaurants around.
